Hyundai Kona, A Great Imported Car from Kerman Motor

Khodrocar - Hyundai Kona is a subcompact crossover, whose name is derived from the name of a region in Hawaii, and in terms of dimensions and size, it is between cars such as; Hyundai Veneo and Tucson are placed. The first generation of this car was unveiled in 2017 and initially shared a platform with the Hyundai I30. The second generation of Hyundai Kona, which Kerman Motor is introducing to the Iranian market, entered the global markets in 2022 in gasoline, hybrid and all-electric models, and in this respect, the car is considered relatively new. 

In general, Hyundai Kona follows a futuristic and bold design style in the design department, and at the same time, many details can be seen in the design of this car, which has made this car attractive. In the design of the front of this car, the first thing that attracts attention is the design style of the daytime running lights, which are designed as a narrow strip on the upper part of the bumper.

The beating heart of the 2024 Hyundai Kona is a naturally aspirated 2-liter engine from the Smart Stream engine series of the Hyundai Kia Group, which can produce a total of 147 horsepower and 179 Nm of torque, and through a CVT gearbox for the Hyundai Kia Group, called IVT, to transfer to the front wheels.

This car uses a McPherson suspension system on the front axle and a semi-independent suspension system on the rear axle, which show acceptable performance. Hyundai Kona has the Euro 6 emission standard and its average fuel consumption is 7.35 liters per 100 km, which is a very good number considering the size of this car's engine.

Unlike the exterior design of the Hyundai Kona 2024, the cabin of this car displays a relatively simple and minimal design, and at the same time, it is updated. Plastic and dry materials are used in the parts of this car's doors and dashboard, but this does not mean that these materials are of poor quality and cause trouble in a short period of time, but this material is of good quality and keeps the passengers satisfied.
